At Elysian Life LLC, we value your commitment to personal growth and aim to provide quality coaching services. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking or purchasing a coaching session or package.

1. Coaching Session Cancellations

Notice Required: You must cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend your scheduled session, the session will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
How to Cancel: Send an email to support@elyslife.com with your name and appointment time to cancel or reschedule.

2. Refunds for One-on-One Sessions

Single Sessions: Once a one-hour coaching session is completed, it is non-refundable.
If you are unsatisfied with your session, please contact us within 48 hours at support@elyslife.com and we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refunds for Coaching Packages

Unused Packages: If you purchase a package (e.g., 5, 10, or 15 sessions) and decide not to use the remaining sessions, you may request a partial refund for unused sessions if no more than 30 days have passed since the purchase.
Used Sessions: Refunds are calculated based on the number of sessions used and will be deducted from the total at the full per-session rate of $50 (not the discounted rate).
No Refunds After 30 Days: After 30 days from the date of purchase, no refunds will be issued.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted for:

Services already rendered
Missed appointments without notice
Free sessions or discovery calls
Packages that have been partially used beyond the 30-day refund window

5. Changes and Updates

Elysian Life LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
